Services Offered - Group Therapy

Group Therapy: psychotherapy in which a small, carefully selected group of individuals meet to assist each other in emotional growth, personal problem-solving, social skill development, and relationship enhancement. When clients are children, play is almost always a part of the treatment. Group therapy can be particularly helpful in helping clients feel understood, accepted, and connected to others.
